**Roles & Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate engineering resources, both internal and external, for the design, construction, commissioning, and troubleshooting of balance-of-plant systems.
- Ensure alignment of project technical documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, SLDs, Cause & Effect diagrams, etc., across all engineering and external stakeholders, including managing change requests, RFIs, and final as-built drawings.
- Review discipline-specific design deliverables (Mechanical, Structural, Electrical) to ensure compliance with design requirements and facilitate smooth field implementation.
- Develop or review construction work plans and submittal packages, supporting Site Manager in planning and executing field activities as needed.
- Assist Supply Chain and Procurement teams by preparing technical specifications, reviewing quotes, and assessing vendor capabilities.
- Collaborate with Project Manager on project cost, schedule, and risk management.
- Monitor design and quality compliance throughout and after project completion.

**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (e.G., civil, construction management, industrial, process, chemical) or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in industrial project engineering (oil & gas, chemicals, power plants).
- Experience working with or for EPC teams.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced startup environment.

**Additional Qualifications Desired:**

- Experience in commissioning process plants or other industrial facilities.
- Proficiency in construction estimating practices, software, and tools (e.G., ACCE, ICARUS).
- Familiarity with 3D CAD (Solidworks, Navisworks) and 2D drawings (AutoCAD).
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in a related discipline.
- Strong technical writing skills for equipment specifications and technical reports.
- Experience in vendor and client relations and managing contractors.
