Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Planner to join our planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft and spacecraft subassembly planning, exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with existing planners to develop comprehensive subassembly plans for aircraft and spacecraft components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to accurately plan subassembly processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of subassembly tasks.
- Prioritize departmental responsibilities based on project deadlines and company objectives.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
