Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with Planning and Supply Chain to find alternate solutions to materials to maintain on time delivery.
Workwith Quality for FAS review when needed for alternates or new items.
Collaborate with Production and Manufacturing Engineering for pilot jobsduring implementation of new product changes.
Assist Product Support in provide engineering solutions to customer field issues.
Facilitate with Customer Service team on special project requirements to find solutions for the customer.
Support production issues related to engineering design.
Handle non-conforming material review requests from Supply Chain and Quality.
Review vendor change requests and update design data when appropriate.
Review supplier identified issues and determine resolution of materials.
Implement product improvements across released product families.
Create new finished good part numbers for customer orders.
Use Infor to manage BOM changes related to product improvements and material availability.
Work within SolidWorks to make design and drawing updates when necessary.

Required Education and Experience:

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from an accredited university
Highly proficient with 2D, 3D, CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent)
Experience with Infor ERP software
