BIOMEDICAL TECHNICIAN LEVEL II or III

It is in Charleston SC and is fully on-site
We are looking for a level III technician: minimum requirements are 5 years of experience specifically working with biomedical equipment plus an Associate's degree in a technical field (or 2 additional years of experience)
For this role, we need someone with OR (operating room) experience, meaning they have experience being in the OR during procedures to make emergency repairs;for this role they must have ANESTHESIA EXPERIENCE.

Associates degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent military training required
Technical Certification (CBET) strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment
Valid driver's license required;variable travel requirements depending on primary site that may require use of personal vehicle

Complex computer skills including the ability to administrate a system, interpret error codes, defragment hard-drives, replace power supplies, and interpret computer codes required
Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong written, and verbal communication skills
