Job Description
Responsibilities:
P-PHL-002
- Currently looking for a Civil Engineer to design site development plans for a variety of projects including wastewater management, drainage, residential and commercial land development, environmental and coastal permitting, and dock design.
- Produce comprehensive plans and reports, along with other essential project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with regulatory agencies, clients, and sub-consultants to facilitate and complete the project.
- Employ AutoCAD Civil 3D to create grading plans, profiles, road designs, and intricate details
- Execute intricate calculations for stormwater facilities, utility systems, and roadway enhancements
- Possession of a Rhode Island State PE license
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in local site development design, with a strong preference for those with a background in residential development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with a strong preference for those with a proficiency in HydroCAD.
- Proficiency in land development and state regulations.
- Ability to multi-task and complete different time-sensitive projects at once.
- Ability to lead and work in a team environment.
