Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: *** min - *** max per hour.
The Electronics Assembler 2 candidate will on a production basis, perform medium electronic and electromechanical subassembly and assembly work. Variable types of job. Often makes simple decisions, but must follow established precedents. Works under general supervision and has some responsibility for work output.
Good understanding of SMT board manufacturing, ESD controls, epoxy mixing, bonding, painting, basic assembly techniques.
"Intermediate Harness and PCB assembly, Advanced Heat Shrinking, Lacing Cord.
"Masking, de-masking, basic heat shrink, wire winding, basic lacing cord, humiseal (dunk/spray), spray paint, epoxy, bonding, labeling/ink marking.
"J-STD-001 Certification preferred or ability to become certified
"More specific assembly tasks
"Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
"Requires good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Education: High School diploma or GED and 3 to 6 years related experience and/or training.
Computer skills: None Required
Tools: Must be able to operate solder irons, cutters, wire strippers, crimpers and heat guns.
