We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager / Office Manager with 5-10+ years of practical experience in civil engineering. This role requires expertise in the municipal, institutional, industrial, commercial, residential, and utilities/energy markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff and Office Management: Oversee staff, manage project schedules, and ensure efficient office operations.
Client Experience: Foster a positive client experience throughout the project delivery process.
Project Monitoring: Monitor project performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and manage risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other leaders throughout the firm on project pursuits and technical challenges.
Client and Contractor Interaction: Maintain effective communication and interaction with clients and contractors.
Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required Qualifications:
Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote
