Job Description


Position: United Dedicated Technician Location: DEN Airport, Denver, CO Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, occasional travel to other line stations, with same-day return 99.9% of the time Special Requirements: TSA security clearance, Airport essential position

General Responsibilities:
  • Full-time position (40 hours/week)
  • Ability to work occasional pre-approved overtime
  • Strong communication, customer service, leadership, and creative thinking skills required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation essential
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot machine performance issues
  • Install, repair, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, routers, and switches
  • Experience in LAN-WAN environments
  • Provide desk-side technical support for hardware
  • Perform analysis to identify potential problems and prevent future issues
  • Maintain technical competence to support hardware
  • Install, move, add, and change hardware and peripherals following Change Management Process
  • Perform applicable preventative maintenance as per OEM specifications

Required Skills:
  • A+ certification
  • Ability to standby and travel as needed
  • Full vaccination against Covid-19 required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Required Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of college, military, technical school, or IT course

Required Years of Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of technician experience
