Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Supports maintenance team member activities.
-
Responsible for long-term maintenance planning.
-
Specify, design, and order specialized and standard spare parts.
-
Coordinates emergency and non-emergency maintenance tasks with manufacturing.
-
Responsible for design, operation, and functionality of work order system and utilizing data to make operational improvements.
-
Reviews budget and spending history.
-
Reviews Client requirements for department.
-
Works with subcontractors to assure maintenance objectives are observed.
-
Maintains the planned, predictive, preventative maintenance system.
-
Tracks departmental improvement targets.
-
Planning for growth in department through Client, equipment, building, tools, etc.
-
Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED FOR ELECTRICAL SPECIALIST:

Working knowledge of DCS (Distributed Control Systems) to include PLC program refinement, maintenance, and trouble shooting

Working knowledge of electrical power systems and circuitry
-
Working knowledge of CNC control systems
REQUIRED FOR MECHANICAL SPECIALIST
-
Working knowledge of general design and maintenance of mechanical components and systems
-
Working knowledge of general design and maintenance of hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
-
For both Mechanical and Electrical positions HPDC machine and CNC machine maintenance experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
-
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
-
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
-
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
-
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
