Job Description
Basic Qualifications/You Will Have
Solidworks/AutoCAD experience
Able to communicate technical concepts in writing
Ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical peers and management
Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
working in a multi-discipline, technical team environment including mechanical and controls engineers
Experience managing and balancing multiple projects/assignments and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal skills applying a variety of technologies including email, text, web applications (slack, sharepoint, teams)
Required Education
Bachelor of Science from an ABET accredited engineering program in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 1+ years of proven engineering experience.
Preferred Qualifications Fundamentals of Engineering Certificate
Proficiency in performing and reviewing hazard and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
Knowledge gained by experience in the following:
Machine Design, Fatigue Analysis
Finite Element Analysis
Hazard Analysis/Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
Required Education Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Education Post Graduate Work in engineering
Additional Information Note: work schedule where worker will need to come in early mornings.
