Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE:
To provide administrative support to the Inspection Department and management of the Quality Assurance program (AS9100). Provide documentation support and perform required paperwork related to and required for inspection of materials, parts, and products to meet the standards of FAA.
Essential Functions:
- Support receiving inspector and First Article documentation.
- Part Marking, incoming Parts, and outgoing products
- Assist in maintaining Repair logs, and Customer Required Reports.
- Quality Document Support
- Improve admin/travelers coordination flow between Production/Expeditor/Quality
- Quality checkpoints (stage-gate system)
- Products/Outside services to be inspected and shipped/received
- Incoming parts
- Support Inspectors to perform in a timely, professional, and accurate manner, the initiation and completion of all required documentation for Customers, the FAA, and other agencies.
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Requirement:
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
