Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure products meet quality standards and function properly by monitoring, assembling, improving, and testing products to eliminate defects, utilizing company equipment and test procedures.
- Collaborate with other Technicians and Engineers to perform regular duties.
Qualifications: Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic testing, debugging, or tester setup.
Skills:
- Proficient in reading schematics and assembly drawings.
- Familiarity with volt ohmmeters, digital meters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, microcomputers, calipers, and various electronic and microcomputer-controlled test equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in operation monitoring and active learning.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex tasks related to test and debug trouble analysis and/or repair of test fixtures for all test stations.
- Assist the Test Engineer in setting up the test area and methods.
- Interpret basic schematics, logic drawings, test procedures, prints, sketches, or verbal instructions.
- Contribute to writing new test procedures with the guidance of Test Engineers.
- Recommend new methods or changes in test methods or equipment for efficient and economic testing of systems, sub-assemblies, or modules.
- Prepare verbal or written reports of tests and work performed.
- Train manufacturing operators or technicians on operating all testers on the manufacturing floor.
- Maintain all tester equipment on the manufacturing floor.
